How are events priced?
For all events we charge a call-out fee, plus a €15 hourly fee for hours worked (not including travel to the event, only time on-site). Your initial fee will depend on the size/type of event you're holding, and how far we will have to travel to it. We will work this fee out privately with each individual customer.
Photography-only events have a reduced fee.
When is Fox Lights and Sound available?
We are available for enquiry 24/7 through our email, however a majority of responses will be in the evening only.
For events we are available from 5pm onwards Monday-Friday, and all day on weekends. In June, July and August we are available all day, every day, for both events and enquiry.
Unfortunately due to our limited scope, we can usually only cater to one event per day, although photography-only events may run concurrent with events not asking for it. Due to this, we may face limited availability at certain points in the year, and operate on a strictly first come first serve basis regardless of event size. Customers may ask to be notified of any event cancellations on certain dates in this case.
Where is Fox Lights and Sound based?
We are based in Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon, however we will cater to any event in the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that, as stated above, our initial call-out fee will be increased for any events requiring a long journey on our part.
